I have only recently started to quilt. It is so addicting I love it! There's always something to work on. My first quilt I gave to my grandma who was the one who made quilts for others she was so thrilled to be given a quilt, I well always have the memory of the look of suprise when I gave it to her.

I'm just beginning to quilt and like the traditional quilts. I belong to Cane Cutters Quilt Guild here in Houma, La. I'm working on one mystery quilt with the guild and will attempt to make it to fit my king size bed. The only thing I've ever quilted completely so far is 36" square double wedding ring table topper, pieced by machine and quilted by hand. I really enjoyed it more than I thought. I have been looking in on your site frequently for the mystery quilt patterns. I loved Cathy's gift so much I couldn't wait to finish it. It came out so well (I reversed the dark and light colors) that I made another one using the light and dark colors like you had used and was pleased with that one too. I did the "STARS IN MY GARDEN" when I started you had not finished.It gave me the idea to use my own flowers in the corners. So mine is a little different. Thank you for your BOM and MQ's. I have not yet started the BOM but have started purchasing material to do it with. Not sure who I am going to give it to when it is finished. Maybe just for a change I will keep it myself. As yet I have not attempted any applique so this will be a first. Anyway jsut wanted to say thanks from Tasmania.

I enjoyed the mystery quilt pages and the patterns for sale
But...the home page is essentially unreadable...seems to have transparent layers upon layers and repeats
Tho't you'd like to know...
Even this page has at least three submit comments buttons and the other readers comments can't be read after the first line of the first one
